"A Rainbow Full of Flowers is an on-going project about seeking beauty in flowers. It comes from a personal need to connect to nature and to be present, with the only purpose of the pleasure of playing and experimenting.

Paula loves to focus on the importance of the process when working with flower arrangements and analog photography. Apart from beautiful colors and textures, film photography allows her to work in a relaxed and conscious mood, allowing her to connect with the moment.

Through her work she aims to transmit a sense of peace, joy and visual pleasure to the viewer through a visual balance, a graphic and minimal look and a careful selection of vivid colors."

"The diversity of species, shapes, colors and textures is juxtaposed to a myriad of colored backgrounds, creating her signature portrait-like images. In a sea of almost infinite possible combinations, she constructs unique compositions that incorporate a more homogenous visual narrative, appealing to an intimate, minimal, yet immersive aesthetic experience, and denoting the careful process behind these photographs. This exploration has made its way across the world, and out of the realm of photography, into the fashion and design industries, as well as publications and articles."
