Humans share a mystical bond with plants, animals, and mountains. We are enveloped in the familiarity of our senses, yet long for a closer relationship with the ecosystems. Exploring interconnectedness is a reminder of being everything and nothing.
Beyond the dual colonial image of tropical forests as an earthly paradise or a green hell, fragility bleeds as a consequence of extractive human actions and detachment from nature. In an individualistic world, closeness and sensitivity are required. Can we see ourselves as a component of a whole?
