11 is an introspective documentation of a journey called life and the result of a personal reflection on desires, fears and most of all identity. 11 is about expression, contrasts and confrontation, but above all about inner conflicts and ambivalence.

The book includes works and excerpts of different series from the past six years of Jasmine's photographic practice. Over four years she worked together with Studio 24/24; a young, rising French Graphic-Design Studio, on the artistic direction and visual language of the book. In an ongoing process, they elaborated a concept that includes a pragmatic and simple presentation of my works. They are shown bold and full bleed and as ‚couples‘ the combinations and the positioning result from playing with associations of forms, colors, composition, and content.
11 is a collection of mostly unpublished photos from different series of the last 6 years, first time to be shown printed and as a body of work. The title of the book is an ode to Jasmines birthday, the 11.11. Since always this number followed her around and in form of the book title, it gets synonymous for a life journey and her personal visual exploration of it.
